Still sitting in the number 2 position is the Disney CGI animated movie which this week takes $27.3 Million from 54 countries.

This means that after 8 weeks the film has taken an incredible $1.56 Billion globally.

Once Upon A Time ... In Hollywood

Tarantinos 9th film and biggest hit to date sits at 3 this week with $25.6 Million from 61 countries which takes its global total to $282.3 after 6 weeks of release.

Angel Has Fallen

The threequel film falls to number 4 this week with a gross of $24.3 Million from 44 countries taking its total gross to $69.4 Million after 2 weeks of release.

Ne Zha

The Chinese animated film is still on the top 5 this weekend, at 5, with a weekend gross of $17.4 Million from just 4 countries.

The films total global gross is now a staggering $685.4 Million after 6 weeks of release.

First up at cinemas this week is A Million Little Pieces, a Dramatic movie directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson who also directed Nowhere Boy in 2009 which grossed £1.3 Million.

It stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson who last starred in Outlaw King (2018) and Charlie Hunnam who last appeared in King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword (2017).

It stars Yanting Lu and Joseph.

The films total weekend gross is $128 Million from 69 territories after 4 weeks of release which pushes its total gross to $588 Million, it will end its box office run as the third top grossing film of the franchise.

Disneys mammoth remake rises back to number 2 this weekend with a gross of $38 Million from 57 countries after 7 weeks of release.

The film has followed suit with other Disney remakes of animated movies and takes over a billion, this remake has gone one better than Beauty And The Beast and gone over $1.5 Billion and become the highest grossing remake to date.

Tarantino's celebrated look at late 60's Hollywood falls to 3 this week with a gross of $33 Million from 56 countries after 5 weeks of release.

The film which will be one of the highest grossing non-Disney films by the end of the year has taken $239.7 Million to date.

Highest new film of the week is the Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman starring movie which is the third in the Fallen series which takes $29.6 Million from 31 countries which is in the same ball park as the previous film London Has Fallen.

The Chinese produces animated movie takes $22.9 Million on its 5th weekend of release from 2 countries.

The Film has now taken an amazing $648.5 Million, with most of that from just a single territory.

Ne Zha is a Chinese animated film that has already been a massive hit in its native China and its has been given a PG age rating in the UK.

The film has grossed $600 Million globally so far and is set to hit the UK on 30th August.

The film is a Mandarin language animated adventure based on a Chinese mythological story from the The Investiture of the Gods, it is directed by Yu Yang.

The BBFC have passed the film uncut as a PG due to mild violence, threat, injury detail, language, rude humour and it has a runtime of 110 minutes (1 hour 50 minutes).
