As the world still struggles to survive as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread movie production is starting up again and the production of Jurassic World: Dominion seems to be setting the safety standard.
The New York Times has a fascinating article going into depth about what precautions and safety measures are in place to make sure that all cast and crew remain healthy and safe.
The film is being made in England who are much further ahead in controlling the virus.
Only those that are need during filming are allowed on set and all cast and crew are tested 3 times a week.
In case there is any doubt there is apparently a 107 page safety manual that each member of the production crew must abide by.
America is still struggling to keep the virus under control and the film could not be made on a sound stage in Hollywood as California is one of the states with the highest cases.
In the words of star Bryce Dallas Howard "We are the guinea pigs who are going to take the leap."

Today Sony have announced the title of the sequel movie Venom 2, it will be called Venom: Let There Be Carnage, it rolls off the tongue doesn't it?
They have also announced a confirmed release date of 25th June 2021, later than the original 2nd October 2020 Sony had originally penciled in for the movie.
The movie will be directed by Andy Serkis unlike the original which had director Ruben Fleischer in the chair.
Once again the film stars Tom Hardy as Venom/Eddie Brock and Michelle Williams as Anne Weying, they will be joined by Woody Harreldon who plays Cletus Kasady.
Interestingly this is the same release date as Jurassic World: Dominion is set for but expect Universal to change that at some point.

The much anticipated sequel to the Jurassic World series has started filming, and perhaps the Tweet from director Colin Trevorrow has revealed the title to be Dominion.
Jurassic World: Dominion is likely the title of the new movie that follows the Billion dollar plus grossing first two movies in the second Jurassic trilogy series.
After Jurassic World which was all about a new theme park, then Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom about the aftermath of the collapse of that theme park, are we now getting a hint that the dinosaurs are taking over?
The cast includes Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt from the previous films and the leads from Jurassic park Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum all returning, in what capacity we dont yet know.
The new movie has kicked off filming with a release date of 21st June 2021.
