Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace gets rated by the BBFC once again ahead of its 25th anniversary release and its been given a PG age rating for moderate violence, mild threat
The movie which was first released in 1999 stars Liam Neeson who has since been seen in many movies including Taken and Men In Black: International, it also stars Ewan McGregor who has been seen in Son of a Gun and other Star Wars movies including Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
The movie was directed by George Lucas who has directed the likes of American Graffiti and THX 1138.

After one of the biggest debut's in UK box office history Spider-Man: No Way Home takes a dramatic dip week on week but retains the top of the chart ahead of the top mew movie The Matrix Resurrections.
Also new in the top 5 this week is '83 which is new at number 5 and Shyam Singa Roy which makes its debut at number 13 with £24,823.

UK box office weekend top 5 breakdown 24th - 26th December 2021
With one of the biggest openings at the UK box office in history it was going to take something special to stop it from spending a second weekend at the top, and despite the much anticipated The Matrix Resurrections getting released this weekend it was no match for the MCU titan.
The movies takes £4.6 Million on its second weekend of release, a massive 86% drop over last weekend, but it has to be taken into consideration that the weekend missed a day this week as cinemas were closed on Saturday, Christmas Day.
The movie has now taken a massive £51.1 Million after 2 weeks and is the second top movie in the UK of 2021, it will have a battle to top No Time To Die which has taken nearly £100 Million in 2021, but it will try its hardest with only a few more days left in the year.
The fourth movie in The Matrix series makes its debut at number 2 this weekend as the films gets a simultaneous HBO Max and cinema release.
The movie enters the box office with a £2.6 Million gross which although the lowest is only just below the first The Matrix from 1999 but well below its two sequels.
The live action version of the animated favourite falls to number 3 this weekend with £349,836, a 54% drop, giving the movie a 3 week total of £3.8 Million.
Steven Spielberg's remake falls to number 4 this weekend with £212,271, a 64% drop over last weekend, for a total gross of £3.8 Million after 3 weeks.
Making its debut at number 5 this week is director Kabir Khan's movie about the 1983 Indian cricket team and their amazing win over champions West Indies.
The movie takes £182,518 over the weekend, not bad for a movie not in the English language.
