$0 After a troubled few years in the DCEU and the appointment of a new head honcho in the shape of James Gunn the much delated The Flash is finally going to get a release, and the movie has been given a 12A age rating in the UK for moderate violence, injury detail, threat, infrequent strong language
The movie stars Ezra Miller who has previously starred in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Another Happy Day, it also stars arguably the greatest Batman of them all Michael Keaton who has previously starred in Out of Sight and Clean and Sober.
The movie is directed by Andy Muschietti is is best known for Directing the recent adaptation of IT and its sequel IT Chapter 2 and has also directed the celebrated horror movie Mama from 2013.

Action movie Nobody tops this weeks North American box office which is written by Derek Kolstad who also wrote the original John Wick movie.
Nobody is the only new entry on the top 15 this weekend as the rest of the charts more or less remain the same with little to no movement although worthy of mention is Minari which jumps up 11 to 9, Promising Young Woman that jumps up 15 to 12 and News of the World which re-enters the top 15 at 15.

US box office top 5 breakdown 26th - 28th March 2021
Making its debut a the top this weekend is the latest movie from director Ilya Naishuller which stars Bob Odenkirk as an ordinary clean living American who has a deadly secret.
THe movie takes a very good $6.8 Million over the weekend which is by means the top movie of the pandemic era but is very good all the same.
Disneys his animated feature falls to number 2 this weekend after 3 weeks at the top with a gross of $3.76 Million, down only 27% from last weekend.
The movie has been on the box office for 4 weeks now and has taken $28.56 Million.
The animated cat and mouse duo fall to number 3 this weekend with $2.5 Million, a 34% drop over last weekend.
The movie has done far better than expected during the pandemic, as have many kids movies, and has taken $37.1 Million after 5 weeks.
Another movie which has done better than you'd have thought falls to number 4 this weekend with $1.2 Million, 37% down from last weekend, this gives the movie a total of $11.49 Million after 4 weeks.
Finally on the top 5 is the Benedict Cumberbatch starring movie which on its second weekend of release takes $1.05 Million, down 44%, giving the movie a $3.48 Million total.
Tenet is still the top film of the week and seems to have kept After We Collided at number 2 for a third weekend while further down the chart Schemers from director Dave Mclean is the highest debut at number 10.
There were no big new releases this weekend and the box office reflects that with the top 5 almost remaining the same with Onward making a reappearance to replace the Andre Rieu concert from last weekend.

With 5 weeks on the chart and 5 weeks at the top Christopher Nolans movie may not have saved cinema but with nothing in the way of bog new release due until No Time To Die on 12th November it could spend another 5 weeks at the top giving it 10 weeks in total, unless After We Collided as something gto say about that!
This weekend the movie took its lowest gross to date with £648.5K giving it a total of £15 Million and it jumps over Jumanji: The Next Level and is the 7th highest grossing of the year.
Amazingly despite the less than favourable reviews, and perhaps because of the limited capacity in movie theatres the film only drops 19% from last weekend.
A third weekend at number 2 for Roger Kumble's low budget sleeper hit with a weekend gross of £514K taking its total UK gross to £2.5 Million.
With good word of mouth and little in the way of big new films for a few weeks it would not be out of the question for the movie to take the number 1 spot in the coming weeks.
The movie took 14% less than last weekend gross.
Hanging on at number 3 is part 3 of the Bill And Ted saga which takes £216.7K on its second weekend taking its total gross to £834.9K.
With good reviews and more cinemas opening up and slowly increasing capacity a long run on the box office and a gross over £1 Million is not out of the question.
Despite its position on the box office its down 53% from last weekend when it debuted.
It seems this Pixar/Disney movie just wont go away, it re-enters the box office this weekend with £126.3K taking its total to £7.3 Million after 16 weeks on the chart.
Amazingly the movie is up 33% from its gross last weekend.
Other Disney property that has done far better than expected as their mutant movie takes £93.2K at number 5 with a total gross of £1.4 Million after 4 weeks of reelase.

There is little more to talk about this week other than the return of the Jurassic series to the world and how clearly the franchise holds a lot of love as it smashes the US box office to pieces.
The weekend saw it take $204 million at the US box office, the second highest opening weekend of all time over the pond and just a shade below the $207 million of Avengers from 2012.
**UPDATE** - With final figures out Jurassic World has broken the record and now has the highest grossing opening weekend in America with $208 million.
The film looks likely to be the highest grossing film of the year in America as this will have a lot of milage and potential repeat viewing as audience like the thrill of a disaster movie.
Last weeks top film, Spy, still does well in it's second weekend taking $16 million for a $57 million 10 day take.
Due to Jurassic World opening and the expectation it would clean up there were no other new releases this weekend.
