Sony continues to expand its Spider-Man universe with Madame Web which has been given a 12A age rating in the UK for moderate violence, threat, language, brief bloody images.

The movie stars Dakota Johnson who has previously starred in Fifty Shades Darker and Crazy In Alabama, it also stars Sydney Sweeney who has appeared in Eden and Americana.

A paramedic finds her fate is entwined with three teenage girls when she develops clairvoyant powers in this superhero film set in the Spider-Man universe. There are no issues here to surprise fans of the live action films.
