Avengers: Endgame Encore is the top movie at the North American box office this weekend, pulling in an estimated $26 million during its special re-release.

Last week's number-one film, the Resident Evil~2026 franchise reboot, slipped to second place with $23.3 million following a steep drop in its second weekend.

Beating the Avengers Across the Atlantic

While Spidey couldn't quite topple Earth's Mightiest Heroes in the UK, it absolute crushed them in North America. Spider-Man: Brand New Day completely rewrote the history books by pulling in $72 million over its Thursday previews. That effortlessly bypassed Avengers: Endgame, which previously held the record at $60 million.

With massive hype following Peter Parker's new grounded reality, the film is currently tracking toward a monumental global opening weekend. Some bullish predictions even suggest a worldwide debut pushing past $900 million.

Following on from Superman~2025, Supergirl Woman of Tomorrow has been given a 12A age rating in the UK for moderate violence, threat, language.

The movie stars Milly Alcock in the role of Supergirl who has been seen in Superman and The School, it also stars Jason Momoa who has been seen in A Minecraft Movie and The Bad Batch.

The movie is directed by Craig Gillespie who has been responsible for movies I, Tonya and The Finest Hours.
