As the blockbuster movies continue to get a box office release this weekend we have a rare non sequel movie as Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves makes its debut at the top.

After a single week at number 1 John Wick: Chapter 4 falls into the runner up spot with a large 62% drop over last weekend as the movies total goes to $122 Million.

Just in time for the Easter period religious movie His Only Son makes its debut at number 4 with a very reasonable gross of $5.3 Million on ites debut.

At number 7 there a new entry for A Thousand and One from director A.V. Rockwell who is making a directorial debut, the movie takes $1.8 Million over the weekend.

Avatar: The Way of Water and Puss In Boots: The Last Wish are at number 11 and number 10 respectively as they start the end of their journey on the box office, the Avatar sequel has taken $681.7 Million in total and the Puss in Boots sequel has taken $184 Million.

After the original Peter Rabbit took a very respectable $351 Million globally (£41 Million in the UK) a sequel was inevitable, and Sony have released a new trailer for the March film.

Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway stars the voice talent of James Corden as Peter and this time he is joined by Margot Robbie and Rose Byrne.

The film is subtitled The Runaways and in the trailer we see them .... well running away.

The original movie didn't get good reviews, but this is a movie aimed well and truly at kids, its released on 27th March 2020, just in time for the Easter Holidays, and after the Gavin and Stacy Christmas Special we are all in love with James Cordon!

The new animated version of The Addams Family is a given a PG rating by the BBFC in the UK.

The last time The Addams Family hit cinema screens was in 1993 in Addams Family Values which ws a follow up the the hit film The Addams Family starring Angelica Houston and the late Raul Julia.

Taking the starring roles and lending their voices this time are Oscar Isaac and Charlize Theron as Gomes and Morticia Addams.

The BBFC have given the animation a PG rating for mild comic threat, language and it has a runtime of 86 minutes (1 hour and 26 minutes) and the movie was passed uncut.

The film has a release date of 25th October 2019, just in time for Halloween!

MGM have released a new trailer for the upcoming animated version of The Addams Family which gets a cinema release on 25th October - just in time for halloween.

There have been numerous version of the cooky family from the original TV series to the well received movies starring Anjelica Huston and Raul Julia.

This new animated version starring the voices Oscar Isaac and Chloe Grace Moretz seems to follow the style of the previous 2 incarnation and looks set to be a big hit later this year.

Aardman animation release their new movie A Shaun The Sheep Movie: Farmageddon on 18th October 2019 and it has been given a U age rating in the UK.

The film is sequel to the 2015 movie Shaun The Sheep Movie but this time its directed by Will Becher and Richard Phelan and stars Justin Fletcher and John Sparkes.

The BBFC have given the film a U certificate for very mild threat, language, rude humour and it has a runtime of a kid friendly 87 minutes (1 hour and 27 minutes) and with a release date of 18th October is just in time for the end of year holidays.
