This week British produced film [Spooks] The Greater Good makes its home video debut at the top of the chart.

The film was released at UK cinemas on 8th May 2015 where it debuted at number 2, behind Avengers Age of Ultron, with a debut gross of just over £1 million.

A small 4 week run on the official top 15 was a small part of its cinema total with it spending a further 8 weeks bouncing around the underbelly of the chart.

After 12 weeks in cinemas it managed a total UK gross of £3.2 million, the film didn't make an impact on the world box office scene.

Pitch Perfect 2 falls from the top where it made its debut into third place.

Other new films making their debut this week are: Thomas and Friends Sodors Legend of The Lost Treasure at number 6, Man Up at number 7 and Ruth and Alex right down at number 20.

The actor formally known as The Rock, Dwayne Johnson, takes his starring vehicle San Andreas to the top of the UK box office on it's debut weekend of release.

Taking an acceptable, if low, £4.6 million over the Friday - Sunday weekend San Andreas is by far the biggest hit for the actor in a primary role.

The biggest film he has appeared in, although as an ensemble cast of many stars is Fast and Furious 7 from this year which is still doing well at the box office.

Pitch Perfect 2 falls to number 2 this week after 2 weeks at the top, to date the film has taken £14 million in the UK.

Also new this week is Man Up starring Simon Pegg at 7 and Danny Collins starring Al Pacino at number 10.
