The movie took this weekend £4.4 Million which is a very slim 26% drop over last weekend which gives the movie a UK total of £79.3 Million after 4 weeks.

The movie is naturally the top film so far in 2022, and on its current pace it could beat No Time To Die as the top movie released in 2021 which has taken £96.5 Million so far.

The King's Man

A second weekend at number 2 for the prequel movie from director Matthew Vaughn which this weekend takes £905,092, a large 74% drop over last weekend altohugh that did include nearly a week of previews.

The movie is easily the second top movie if 2021 having taken £69.8 Million to date, it sits behind the Bond movie No Time To Die at year end, but the movie will in the long run most likely beat it.

The film was released in mid December so it still raking in the cash as your local multiplex, and will most likely overtake No Time To Die with its total gross as well as be only the third movie in history to gross over £100 Million.

The film hit the top of the 2021 list on its opening weekend and has so far taken over $500 Million, and as the movie is only 3 weeks old there is clearly more to come.

Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings

Venom: Let There Be Carnage

Taking an excellent $212.4 Million over a 12 week span the movie is still currently showing in some cinemas in North America so its total could end up higher.

Black Widow

One of the first major releases in North America once cinemas began to open again, the solo outing for Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow didn't do as well as expected, but it got a Disney+ streaming release at the same time as its cinemas release.

Taking $183.6 Million over its 14 week cinematic run the movie was briefly the top movie of the year.

Fast & Furious 9

One of the first movie to get delayed at the very start of the pandemic which closed nearly all North American cinemas the 9th instalment in the Fast & Furious series finally got a release in June of this year, a year after its original scheduled release.

No Time To Die

Fast & Furious 9

Another movie that got delayed by over a year from its original release, it also had a very staggered global release but it still managed to gross $710.6 Million making it the 5th top movie of 2021.

It took no where near the last few movies in the series, but even with the issues cinema has had this year its a great overal global take.
