Last weeks top movie, Argylle drops to number 2 this weekend having taken $36.6 Million after 3 weeks of release.

There is no moving Wonka from the top of the UK box office even by Oscar contender Poor Things as the chocolate loving movie spends a sixth weekend at the top.
The movie takes £2.2 Million this weekend for a total of over £56 Million.
Poor Things starring Emma Stone makes its debut at number 2 with a very good £1.8 Million debut.
Also new on the top 5 this weekend is the Jason Statham starring movie The Beekeeper which debuts at 5 with just under a Million pound.

Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos and starring Emma Stone, Poor Things has been given an 18 age rating in the UK for strong sex, nudity, very strong language.
Star Emma Stone has previously been seen in Crazy, Stupid, Love and Friends With Benefits as well as an Oscar winning performance in La La Land, the movie also stars Willem Dafoe who has been seen in Go Go Tales and Jiminy Glick In Lalawood among his many screen appearances.
The movies director, Yorgos Lanthimos, has previously directed The Killing of a Sacred Deer and the Oscar winning movie The Favourite.
