One of the more interesting books to be released in 2009 is a retelling of the Jane Austin novel from the 1800's Pride and Prejudice, given a different slant by inject a good dose of zombies into the mix.

I suppose it was only going to be a matter of time before we had a movie adaptation and Star Wars actress Natalie Portman has taken the challenge and will star in and produce the said movie.

As long as the script sticks to the vein of the book then this should be a rollercoaster of a ride that may well appeal to a wider audience than you'd normally think, maybe Portman should get Emma Thompson and George A. Romero on board and script writers!

If the film is a success than next we will be having the great works or Shakespeare injected with a light touch of Zombieland, do you think it will work?
