During the 2020 online DCFanDome to celebrate all things from the DC universe Director Matt Reeves revealed the first trailer and poster for his upcoming The Batman movie.
The movie stars Robert Pattinson as The Dark Knight and is based on The Batman in his early days of crime fighting.
The new trailer gives little to nothing away and is dark, suitably moody and shows Pattinson in his Batman outfit, and has a small amount of action.
What is actually the most incredible thing is that only about 25% of the movie had been shot before the COVID-19 pandemic halted production, and yet they still managed to get a very good trailer complete.
The poster is very good and gives a lot away without giving anything away, like any good teaser poster.
The movie is currently set for an October 1st 2021 release, but with the production only just ready to start again that may change.
