With a battle of new releases trying to make their debut's at the top of the UK box office this weekend The Creator~2023 from director Gareth Edwards beats out the tenth Saw movie.
The sci-fi fantasy from the director of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story took £2.3 Million to hit the top of the box office charts.
With a debut gross of £1.9 Million Saw X comes in behind 5 of the other Saw movies with Saw: The Final Chapter the top debuting movie with £3.6 Million and Saw III is the top grossing of the series with £8.4 Million.
Last weeks top movie, A Haunting In Venice, falls to number 3 this weekend on its 3rd week of release.

You cant keep a good movie franchise down as the Saw franchise returns with its tenth installment with Saw X being given an 18 age rating for strong bloody violence, gore.
The movie stars Tobin Bell who returns to the series after sitting out the last movie, he's also been in movie like The Road to El Dorado and Haunted, the movie also stars Shawnee Smith who is returning to the series and has been seen in movie such as Grace Unplugged and Desperate Hours.
Director Kevin Greutert brought us Saw: The Final Chapter and Saw VI but also directed Jessabelle in 2014.
Movie Synopsis
Set between the events of Saw and Saw II, a sick and desperate John Kramer travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer - only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, the infamous serial killer returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through devious, deranged and ingenious traps.

The final installment in director James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy series has been given a 12A age rating for moderate violence, injury detail, threat, infrequent strong language.
The movie one again stars Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana who reprise their roles from the first two movies as Peter Quill and Gamora, along with the rest of the regular cast including Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan and Pom Klementieff.
The movie is one again directed by James Gunn who directed Guardians of the Galaxy and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 and is off to be the head of rival DCEU after this movie.

Since giving up his life as a government assassin, Robert McCall has struggled to reconcile the horrific things he's done in the past and finds a strange solace in serving justice on behalf of the oppressed. As events turn deadly, McCall knows what he has to do: become his friends' protector by taking on the mafia.
