Also new is 80 For Brady at 10 with $12 Million and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba - To the Swordsmith Village new at 12 with $8.6 Million.
Continuing its successful run at the Cinese box office the sequel movie to The Wandering Earth takes over at the top of the global box office.
It captured the top of the global box office last weekend but gives it up for The Wandering Earth 2 this week, but still the movie is raking in the box office in China.
Remaining at 3 this weekend on the global box office is the top grossing movie of 2023 so far as the sequel movie climbs to the fourth top grossing movie of all time.
The sequel animated feature from the Shrek universe goes back up to number 4 as it gets released in more countries, including the UK where is is the top movie.

As Avatar: The Way of Water stays at the top of the UK and Northern Ireland box office for a seventh weekend the Indian movie Pathaan makes an impressive start to its box office run with a debut at 2.
Meanwhile Plane is new at number 3 and The Fabelmans is new at 4 with The Wandering Earth 2 new at 9 with £385,959 and Billie Eilish Live At the O2 is new at 10 with £329,407.
Also new is Unwelcome at 14 with £118,322 and All the Beauty and the Bloodshed at 15 with £88,108.
The James Cameron directed sequel movie remains at the top of the UK box office for a 7th weekend, which makes it equal with Toy Story 2 and Gladiator.
One more week at the top and it equals Tenet as the longest pandemic movie, if it can get to 13 weeks then it will equal Camerons own Titanic, but its unlikely!

Finally there is a re-entry for the 11 times Oscar nominated movie Everything Everywhere All At Once at 13 with $1 Million taking its total gross to $71 Million over 29 weeks.
James Camerons sequel movie makes it 7 weeks at the top of the North American box office, the first movie to do this since the original Avatar in 2009/10.
The movie is still tracking ahead of Avatar and will likely finish above the original movie which sets up part 3 of the movie series to probably land in the $700 Million mark easily.
