Trilogy movie Halloween Ends tops the US box office on its debut weekend in North America ending the 2 week run of Smile~2022, it is also the only new entry on this weeks chart.

As the Halloween season comes into full swing the horror movies hit the big screen, Smile~2022 has been a big hit at the box office and now we get the end(!) of the Halloween series.
Directed like the previous 2 by David Gordon Green and starring Jamie Lee Curtis the movie takes $41 Million on its debut weekend in North America.
This is the lowest of the series, but like the previous movie it can be seen on streaming as well as in movie theatres.
What seems to be the horror movie to see this season, the Parker Finn directed movie falls from the top after 2 weeks with a $12 Million third weekend, a relatively good 33% drop.
This gives the movie a total gross of $71 Million in North America after 3 weeks of release.
Falling to number 2 this weekend is the movie based on the children's book this takes $7.3 Million this weekend, a 35% drop.
The movie has now taken $22.7 Million after 2 weeks of release.
Proving to be a big hit for star Viola Davis the based on a true story movie takes $3.6 Million on its fifth weekend of release, a small 29% drop.
This gives the movie a total US gross of $59.7 Million after 5 weeks of release.
The massively criticised movie with a stella cast of Hollywood A listers falls to number 5 this weekend with $2.8 Million on its second weekend of release, a 55% drop over last weekend.
The movie has taken $11.9 Million over its 2 weeks of release and looks like it will drop out of the box office chart quite quickly.
