The movie stars Thomasin McKenzie as the girl in modern times and Anya Taylor-Joy as her time companion, the supporting cast include Matt Smith and Diana Rigg.

Movie Synopsis
An aspiring fashion designer is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s, where she encounters a dazzling wannabe singer. However, the glamour is not all it appears to be, and the dreams of the past start to crack and splinter into something far darker.
BBFC certificate breakdown.
As expected this week there was no stopping Dawn of the Planet of the Apes as it very easily and without competition took to the top of the charts on it;s debut weekend.
Grossing £8.7 million from Thursday to Sunday it took more than the rest of the box office combined.
Dawn well and truly out preformed it predecessor Rise of the planet of the Apes which took £5.8 million on it's debut weekend in August 2011, it went on to gross £20.5 in total.
Dawn should go on to out-gross that film and could come close to £25 - 30 million in the UK.
Also worth a mention this weekend is two even movies that got themselves inside the top 5 on the box office chart, Monty Python Live (Mostly) made number 4 with £1.8 million which Andre Rieu took him Maastricht concert to number 5 with £830,000.
Other new film to debut this week are: - Pudsey The Dog The Movie at 7
This time last year Monsters University held on to the top spot which mean The Worlds End debuted at 2.
Five years ago Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince made it's debut at the top of the box office knocking the previous number 1, Ice Age: Dawn of The Dinosaurs, to number 2.
Ten years ago say Spider-Man 2 make it's cinematic debut at the top of the box office knocking Shrek 2 into the number 2 spot.
Fifteen years ago was an historical time in cinema as the much anticipated, and to an extent much hated, Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace made it's UK debut at the top, 2 months after it's US debut. The Mummy fell to number 2.
Another slow week at the UK box office because of the fantastic weather in the UK, it results in small box office takings with Monsters University retaining it place at the top.
10 days into the release the animated feature gets a second weekend as the number one film in Britain, Monsters University takes £2.7 million over the weekend which pushes it's total UK gross to £8.6 million.
Highest new movie of the weekend is The Worlds End, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost go on a bender to The World End pub, the ultimate goal.
The movie is directed by Edgar Wright and completes the "Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy" which started with Sean of the Dead with Hot Fuzz following.
The movie took £2.1 million at the box office, much lower than was expected for a much anticipated film, but like last weekend the weather has clearly kept people outside.
As expected it didn't take the top spot from Monsters University, it was actually off by nearly over half a million pound, although with the summer holidays upon us next week it could be a different different story this coming weekend.
Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are reunited for a third film this week in new release The Worlds End, about pubs, drinking and the end of the world.
Their first film together Shaun of the Dead was a big hit back in 2004, and has since achieved a cult status and it's fair to say it is a British classic.
2007 saw them re-unite in Hot Fuzz which become a bigger than hit than Shaun achieving a UK gross of £20 million, it also made big stars of the 2 principle actors and director Wright.
This one completes the trilogy that has become known by the writers, Wright and Pegg, as the Cornetto trilogy, and is destined to be an even bigger hit.
I fully expect The Worlds End to be an even bigger hit, the two stars have been doing the press rounds and have been funny and likeable. A top place debut is very likely, although with Monsters University not doing that well last weekend because of the hot UK weather it might make that guarantee an uncertainty as Monsters could still rake in the audience, although the 2 films are pitched at a very different market.
