No Time To Die

After topping the global box office a few weeks back the 25th Bond movie gets its release in China where it takes $28 Million on its debut and pushes the movie back to the top.

This gives the movie a total global gross of $292.1 Million and is the 10th top grossing movie of 2021.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage

The Battle At Lake Changjin

The smash hit Chinese movie is at number 4 this weekend and takes $19 Million, a 40% drop over last weekend.

What this movie has achieved is quite incredible, it has been on the global box office for just 5 weeks and has taken $844.9 Million, it is the top movie globally of 2021 and yet it has only had a release in China.

To be fair the Chinese cinema has been open all year, unlike many other high grossing cinema territories like North America, United Kingdom, Australia, and I'm sure has these countries been open all year the likes of Fast and Furious 9, Black Widow and No Time To Die would have made over a Billion dollars, but you still can't take away this movies achievement.

Halloween Kills

The long running Halloween series had its celebrated day this Sunday and the latest movie holds tight at number 5 this weekend with $16.6 Million from 64 countries, a fairly slim 32% drop over last weekend, the movie has taken $115 Million over its 3 weeks of release.
